In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Rocklin Thunder volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Ponderosa Bruins.

The Thunder (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Fighting Zebras come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Lincoln was defeated by Antelope (Antelope, CA), 3-0, in a non-league match.

With the loss, Ponderosa drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bruins host Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 14. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 4-0. Whitney won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against West Park (Roseville, CA)
