California High School Baseball - Oakmont nudged by Del Campo

The Oakmont Vikings baseball team (Roseville, CA), was tipped 7-6 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Del Campo Cougars (Fair Oaks, CA)

The Cougars now hold a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vista del Lago for a Capital Athletic League outing on Monday, March 14. Del Campo will confront a Eagles team coming off a 12-2 non-league win over West Park (Roseville, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.

Next, the Vikings confront the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) in a Foothill Valley League outing, on Monday, March 14. Oakmont will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Bruins go into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Folsom (Folsom, CA).
