North Carolina High School Baseball - Sun Valley edges Lincoln Charter

March 12, 2025: Denver, NC 28037

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Sun Valley Spartans baseball team scored a close 2-0 win over the Lincoln Charter Eagles.

The Spartans (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Central Academy nudged Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC), 13-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Eagles play the Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A game, on Friday, March 14. Lincoln Charter will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Raptors go into the game with a 2-4 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC).
