The Spanish Springs Cougars baseball squad (Sparks, NV), 7-5 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA)

With the triumph, Truckee moves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Wolverines host Churchill County (Fallon, NV) to confront the Greenwave in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 15. The Greenwave come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Churchill County won 7-1 in their recent non-league contest against North Valleys (Reno, NV)

The Cougars now possess a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carson for a non-league contest on Monday, March 17.
