Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), 19-0 in a league battle.
The Vikings now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Brunswick for a Mideastern battle on Tuesday, March 15. Hoggard will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 9-7 league loss to North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) in a Mideastern battle, on Tuesday, March 15. New Hanover will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Pirates come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 14-1 league win over South Brunswick (Southport, NC).
