University City Centurions (San Diego, CA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the visiting Academy of Our Lady of Peace Pilots (San Diego, CA), 9-8 in a non-league game.

With the victory, University City advances its record to 2-4 on the season. The Centurions travel to Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league game on Thursday, March 20. The Dons come into the game with a record of 2-1.

The Pilots now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Castle Park for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 18. Academy of Our Lady of Peace will play a Trojans team coming off a 18-3 non-league loss to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-2.
