The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the North Pike Jaguars (Summit, MS) and the host Puckett Wolves (Puckett, MS), observed North Pike's softball team get by Puckett by a final score of 7-0.

The Jaguars (1-11) will now prepare for their bout against Bay (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 4-7 record. In their last bout, Bay was routed by Spanish Fort (Spanish Fort, AL), 11-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wolves battle the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS) in a 2A Region 6 bout, on Tuesday, March 18. Puckett will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 11-7 non-league win over McLaurin (Florence, MS).
