California High School Softball - Saratoga bounces Monta Vista

March 15, 2023: Saratoga, CA 95070

Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA), 13-3 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gunn for a El Camino challenge on Friday, March 17. Saratoga will battle a Titans squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Titans record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Monta Vista falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Matadors host Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA) to battle the Bruins in a El Camino challenge on Friday, March 17. The Bruins enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
