Arizona High School Baseball - San Tan Charter wallops Horizon Honors

March 20, 2025: Phoenix, AZ 85048

The San Tan Charter Roadrunners (Gilbert, AZ) baseball trounced the host Horizon Honors Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 16-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Roadrunners now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host San Carlos for a 2A East challenge on Monday, March 24. San Tan Charter will clash with a Braves team coming off a 28-2 non-league loss to Palo Verde (Tucson, AZ). The Braves record now stands at 0-4.

With the defeat, Horizon Honors drops to 5-1 on the year. The Eagles host Benson (Benson, AZ) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Benson 8-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Pima (Pima, AZ)
