North Carolina High School Soccer - Oxford Prep knocks off Henderson Collegiate

The Oxford Prep Griffins soccer team scored 10 points and limited the visiting Henderson Collegiate Pride to 1 in the Griffins league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Griffins face the Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, March 27. Oxford Prep will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.

The Pride now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roxboro Community for a Triangle North 1A contest on Friday, March 22. Henderson Collegiate will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Eno River (Hillsborough, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
