Kanab Cowboys (Kanab, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Water Canyon Wildcats (Hildale, UT), 18-0 in a league challenge.

The Cowboys now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Water Canyon for a 2A South challenge on Thursday, March 21. Kanab will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 24-0 league loss to Milford (Milford, UT). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Water Canyon falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Kanab (Kanab, UT) to battle the Cowboys in a 2A South challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Cowboys enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Kanab lost 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Beaver (Beaver, UT)
