Texas High School Baseball - Seagraves loses to Ropes

The Ropes Eagles baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the host Seagraves Eagles to 4 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Tahoka (Tahoka, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region I District 4 match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Tahoka was overwhelmed by Morton (Morton, TX), 15-3, in a league challenge.

With the defeat, Seagraves falls to 0-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Smyer (Smyer, TX) to battle the Bobcats in a 2A Region I District 4 challenge on Saturday, March 26. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Smyer lost 17-0 in their recent league challenge against Sundown (Sundown, TX)
