The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY) and the visiting Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY), saw Covington Catholic's lacrosse team overcome Scott County by a margin of 15-8.
The Colonels (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against La Salle (Cincinnati, OH). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, La Salle edged Walnut Hills (Cincinnati, OH), 12-8, in a non-league challenge.
The Cardinals (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodford County (Versailles, KY). The Yellowjackets enter the KLA South - 4 challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Woodford County was overwhelmed by Lafayette (Lexington, KY), 8-6, in a league challenge.
