The East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL) baseball trounced the host Farmington Farmers (Farmington, IL), 7-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Raiders now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Deshler for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25.
With the defeat, Farmington drops to 0-2 on the year. The Farmers travel to Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL) to clash with the Chiefs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Chiefs go into the test with a record of 1-1.
