The Owensboro Catholic Aces the visiting Trigg County Wildcats softball squad by a count of 7-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Aces meet the South Warren Spartans (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 25. Owensboro Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Liberty Creek (Gallatin, TN).

The Wildcats (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals enter the District 5 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Livingston Central was routed by Henderson County (Henderson, KY), 18-3, in a non-league challenge.
