In Monday's league test, the visiting Riverbend Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-9 victory over the North Stafford Wolverines.
The Bears now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Colonial Forge for a Commonwealth test on Wednesday, March 27. Riverbend will face a Eagles squad coming off a 11-8 league win over Mountain View (Stafford, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
In their next game, the Wolverines face the Stafford Indians (Falmouth, VA) in a Commonwealth test, on Wednesday, March 27. North Stafford will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Indians go into the game with a 0-2 record after their 12-5 league loss to Brooke Point (Stafford, VA).
