The Camp Point Central Panthers softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Quincy Blue Devils to 8 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Camp Point Central moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to West Prairie/Bushnell-Prairie City (Sciota, IL) to clash with the Sparclones in a non-league game on Thursday, March 31. The Sparclones come into the game with a record of 0-1. West Prairie/Bushnell-Prairie City lost 13-1 in their recent league game against Illini West (Carthage, IL)

In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Seymour Indians (Payson, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 29. Quincy will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 2-2 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL).
