The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) and the host Golden Demons (Golden, CO), saw Ponderosa's lacrosse team nudge Golden by a margin of 9-8.
The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Holy Family was tipped by Conifer (Conifer, CO), 16-11, in a non-league challenge.
The Demons (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO). The Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Eagle Valley edged Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO), 16-8, in a league challenge.
