Texas High School Baseball - Sharyland loses to Sinton

The Sinton Pirates the host Sharyland Rattlers baseball team by a count of 5-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tuloso-Midway for a non-league bout on Friday, March 3. Sinton will face a Warriors/Cherokees team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Palmview (La Joya, TX). The Warriors/Cherokees record now stands at 3-1.

Next, the Rattlers face the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial Wolverines (Alamo, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 bout, on Tuesday, March 7. Sharyland will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Wolverines enter the bout with a 1-6 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX).
