In their next game, the Maroon Knights face the Ritchie County Rebels (Ellenboro, WV) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 7. Wheeling Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 13-10 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 16-8 record after their 53-43 non-league loss to Williamstown (Williamstown, WV).

With the defeat, St. Marys moves to 15-8 on the year.
