California High School Volleyball - Valhalla edged by Monte Vista

The Monte Vista Monarchs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Valhalla Norsemen to 2 in the Monarchs league victory on Thursday.

The Monarchs now have a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Hills for a Grossmont Valley game on Thursday, April 20.

The Norsemen (4-11) will now prepare for their game against Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA). The Matadors enter the Grossmont Valley game with a 6-14 record. In their last game, Mount Miguel was nudged by Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
