The Millbury Woolies (Millbury, MA) baseball trounced the visiting Sutton Sammies/Suzies (Sutton, MA), 11-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Woolies now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Uxbridge for a South Worcester County - East challenge on Wednesday, April 2. Millbury will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Blackstone Valley RVT (Upton, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Sutton drops to 1-1 on the year. The Sammies/suzies travel to Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA) to clash with the Warriors in a Dual Valley challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
