Kentucky High School Lacrosse - Frederick Douglass nudges Kentucky Country Day

The Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY) lacrosse nudged the host Kentucky Country Day Bearcats (Louisville, KY), 6-5 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Broncos now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Oldham for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 11. Frederick Douglass will face a Dragons squad coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Center Grove (Greenwood, IN). The Dragons record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Kentucky Country Day falls to 1-1 on the year. The Bearcats host St. George's (Collierville, TN) to face the Gryphons in a non-league outing on Friday, March 7. The Gryphons go into the outing with a record of 1-0. St. George's won 15-2 in their recent non-league outing against Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY)
