Virginia High School Soccer - William Monroe knocks off Louisa County

William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Dragons confront the Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 10. William Monroe will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

The Lions now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Western Albemarle for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 22.
