Nevada High School Volleyball - Amplus Academy over Sunrise Mountain

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Amplus Academy Archers (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Sunrise Mountain Miners (Las Vegas, NV), saw Amplus Academy's volleyball squad beat Sunrise Mountain by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Amplus Academy upgrades its record to 5-16 on the year. The Archers host Sports Leadership & Management (Henderson, NV) to play the Bulls in a non-league bout on Monday, April 4. The Bulls go into the bout with a record of 1-6.

The Miners now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Eldorado for a 3A bout on Monday, April 4. Sunrise Mountain will play a Sundevils squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas (Henderson, NV). The Sundevils record now stands at 6-9.
