In Tuesday's non-league bout, the DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL) baseball squad the visiting Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL), by a tally of 8-3.
Next up, the Barbs encounter the Sterling Golden Warriors (Sterling, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 3. DeKalb will attempt to upgrade on its 9-0 season record. The Golden Warriors enter the bout with a 5-3 record after their 8-3 league win over Galesburg (Galesburg, IL).
The Huskies (4-5) will now prepare for their bout against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Knights enter the non-league bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Grayslake North was overwhelmed by Libertyville (Libertyville, IL), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
