California High School Baseball - Rancho Christian held off by Rancho Verde

April 11, 2025: Temecula, CA 92592

Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Rancho Christian Eagles (Temecula, CA), 12-10 in a league match.

With the triumph, Rancho Verde advances its record to 6-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Perris (Perris, CA) to battle the Panthers in a match on Tuesday, April 15. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 1-7. Perris lost 15-0 in their recent league match against Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA)

The Eagles now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillcrest for a match on Wednesday, April 16. Rancho Christian will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 13-0 league win over Vista del Lago (Moreno Valley, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-3.
