The Shelby Golden Lions baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Brevard Blue Devils to 1 in the Golden Lions non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Golden Lions (9-7) will now prepare for their match against Bandys (Catawba, NC). The Trojans go into the non-league match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Bandys tipped Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 8-7, in a non-league match.
