Illinois High School Baseball - Schlarman holds off Milford

The Schlarman Hilltoppers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Milford Bearcats to 3 in the Hilltoppers league win on Monday.

The Hilltoppers now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Danville for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Schlarman will play a Vikings team coming off a 11-2 league loss to Richwoods (Peoria, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 0-11.

With the defeat, Milford drops to 4-8 on the year. The Bearcats host South Newton (Kentland, IN) to play the Rebels in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 16. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 0-5. South Newton lost 9-6 in their recent league test against West Central (Francesville, IN)
