The Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY) baseball trounced the visiting Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY), 10-3 in Friday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Scotties play the Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY) in a District 15 contest, on Tuesday, April 19. Glasgow will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record.

The Hornets now sport a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Campbellsville for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 16.
