The Greenfield Green Wave baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Hampshire Regional Raiders to 1 in the Green Wave non-league victory on Friday.

The Green Wave (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Turners Falls (Montague, MA). The Thunder go into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Turners Falls ran past McCann Tech (North Adams, MA), 5-2, in a non-league match.

The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their match against St. Mary (Westfield, MA). The Saints go into the Bi-County match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, St. Mary was overwhelmed by Westfield Technical Academy (Westfield, MA), 21-3, in a non-league match.
