The Hornets now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lynnfield for a Cape Ann test on Tuesday, April 23. Manchester Essex will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 13-10 league loss to Ipswich (Ipswich, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-2.

In their next game, the Tanners face the Triton Regional Vikings (Byfield, MA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 18. Woburn Memorial will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Methuen (Methuen, MA).
