In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting South Lyon East Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-7 win over the Walled Lake Northern Knights.
The Cougars (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Orion (Lake Orion, MI). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Lake Orion nipped Adams (Rochester, MI), 17-7, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Knights meet the Royal Oak Ravens (Royal Oak, MI) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 21. Walled Lake Northern will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Ravens enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 19-4 non-league win over West Bloomfield (West Bloomfield, MI).
