The Christiansburg Blue Demons baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Blacksburg Bruins to 1 in the Blue Demons league victory on Tuesday.
The Blue Demons (8-4) will now prepare for their match against Radford (Radford, VA). The Bobcats go into the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Radford was overwhelmed by Virginia High (Bristol, VA), 19-1, in a non-league match.
The Bruins (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA). The Titans go into the River Ridge match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Hidden Valley was overwhelmed by Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA), 9-4, in a non-league match.
