The Russellville Cyclones softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Mountain Home Bombers to 4 in the Cyclones league win on Friday.

The Cyclones now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rogers Heritage for a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. Russellville will confront a War Eagles team coming off a 6-2 league win over Fayetteville (Fayetteville, AR). The War Eagles record now stands at 11-9.

With the loss, Mountain Home moves to 8-6 on the season. The Bombers host Siloam Springs (Siloam Springs, AR) to confront the Panthers in a 5A West battle on Tuesday, April 22.
