The Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks crushed the visiting Lincoln Southeast Knights baseball team by a count of 9-2 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Silver Hawks now possess a 14-6 record. They take the field next when they host Millard South for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 21. Lincoln Southwest will face a Patriots team coming off a 14-3 league win over Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE). The Patriots record now stands at 8-4.
Next, the Knights face the Columbus Discoverers (Columbus, NE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 21. Lincoln Southeast will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Discoverers enter the bout with a 8-9 record after their 10-5 league win over Grand Island (Grand Island, NE).
