The Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA) softball routed the visiting Mount Tahoma Thunderbirds (Tacoma, WA), 10-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Seahawks now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Capital for a 3A South Sound outing on Wednesday, April 22. Peninsula will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 30-7 non-league loss to Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-9.

With the loss, Mount Tahoma moves to 2-7 on the season. The Thunderbirds travel to Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA) to encounter the Cougars in a 3A Pierce County outing on Wednesday, April 22. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 9-2. Central Kitsap won 30-7 in their recent non-league outing against Capital (Olympia, WA)
