The Hunter Wolverines soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Cyprus Pirates to 0 in the Wolverines league victory on Tuesday.

The Wolverines now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Taylorsville for a 5A Region 4 bout on Friday, April 24. Hunter will play a Warriors squad coming off a 9-2 league loss to Hillcrest (Midvale, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Cyprus moves to 8-4 on the year. The Pirates host Kearns (Kearns, UT) to play the Cougars in a 5A Region 4 bout on Friday, April 24. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-12. Kearns lost 5-2 in their recent league bout against Granger (West Valley City, UT)
