Ohio High School Softball - Beallsville tipped by Monroe Central

In Friday's non-league contest, the Monroe Central Seminoles (Woodsfield, OH) softball team the visiting Beallsville Blue Devils (Beallsville, OH), by a margin of 9-7.

With the triumph, Monroe Central moves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Seminoles host Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH) to play the Purple Riders in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 23. The Purple Riders come into the contest with a record of 8-0. Martins Ferry won 7-3 in their recent non-league contest against Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV)

In their next game, the Blue Devils play the Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 23. Beallsville will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Barnesville (Barnesville, OH).
