The Oakwood Lumberjacks softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Belmont Bison to 0 in the Lumberjacks non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Oakwood moves its record to 3-8 on the year. The Lumberjacks host Carlisle (Carlisle, OH) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Monday, April 24. The Indians come into the game with a record of 10-0. Carlisle won 6-2 in their recent non-league game against Kenton Ridge (Springfield, OH)
In their next game, the Bison clash with the Legacy Christian Academy Knights (Xenia, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 24. Belmont will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record.
