Connecticut High School Softball - Immaculate New Fairfield

The New Fairfield Rebels triumphed over the visiting Immaculate Mustangs softball squad by a count of 14-7 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Rebels play the New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) in a Southwest - Colonial contest, on Friday, April 24. New Fairfield will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Green Wave enter the contest with a 8-0 record after their 6-5 league win over Brookfield (Brookfield, CT).

The Mustangs now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Joel Barlow for a Southwest - Colonial contest on Friday, April 24. Immaculate will face a Falcons squad coming off a 12-6 non-league win over Harding (Bridgeport, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 3-4.
