Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Western Wayne edged by Hanover Area

April 25, 2022: Hanover Township, PA 18706

The Hanover Area Hawkeyes held off the visiting Western Wayne Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.

The Hawkeyes now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake-Lehman for a Wyoming Valley test on Wednesday, April 27. Hanover Area will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA). The Knights record now stands at 1-2.

The Wildcats (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Blue Ridge (New Milford, PA). The Raiders enter the Lackawanna test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Blue Ridge was nudged by Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA), 3-1, in a league test.
