New Jersey High School Baseball - Columbia sneaks past Montclair

The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Columbia Cougars (Maplewood, NJ) and the visiting Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ), saw Columbia's baseball team get by Montclair by a margin of 13-12.
The Cougars (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Highlanders enter the non-league battle with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, Governor Livingston held off Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ), 19-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Mounties face the Passaic Valley Hornets (Little Falls, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 26. Montclair will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 10-3 record after their 15-4 non-league loss to DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ).
