The Algonac Muskrats (Algonac, MI) baseball trounced the visiting Inter-City Baptist Chargers (Allen Park, MI), 17-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Muskrats now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they host Armada for a Blue Water Area challenge on Tuesday, April 28. Algonac will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Brimley (Brimley, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 4-6.
With the defeat, Inter-City Baptist drops to 4-4 on the year. The Chargers travel to Clarenceville (Livonia, MI) to clash with the Trojans in a Michigan Independent - Red challenge on Tuesday, April 28. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 1-7.
