In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Annandale Atoms lacrosse squad scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Mount Vernon Majors.
The Atoms now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edison for a non-league test on Monday, May 1. Annandale will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Hayfield (Alexandria, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-0.
In their next game, the Majors face the Justice Wolves (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 1. Mount Vernon will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 3-7 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Falls Church (Falls Church, VA).
