The Kays now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop McNamara for a non-league match on Friday, April 29. Kankakee will face a Fightin' Irish squad coming off a 15-2 league win over Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Bloom falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Blazing trojan travel to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL) to face the Warriors in a Southland Athletic match on Monday, May 2. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 5-6. Crete-Monee lost 18-0 in their recent non-league match against Manteno (Manteno, IL)
