Maize Eagles (Maize, KS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Hutchinson Salthawks (Hutchinson, KS), 17-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Maize upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, KS) to battle the Salthawks in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division I test on Friday, April 29. The Salthawks come into the test with a record of 2-10.
