The De La Salle Collegiate Pilots crushed the host University Liggett Knights baseball team by a tally of 7-1 in Saturday's league bout.

The Pilots now hold a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Brother Rice for a Catholic Central bout on Thursday, May 4. De La Salle Collegiate will face a Warriors team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Hartland (Hartland, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.
