Spectators at Monday's league battle between the St. Mary's Lancers (Lancaster, NY) and the host Nichols Vikings (Buffalo, NY), saw St. Mary's's baseball squad knock off Nichols by a count of 6-4.

Coming up next, the Lancers play the Canisius Crusaders (Buffalo, NY) in a Monsignor Martin battle, on Wednesday, May 1. St. Mary's will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Crusaders enter the battle with a 6-6 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Clarence (Clarence, NY).

The Vikings now possess a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host St. Francis for a Monsignor Martin battle on Wednesday, May 1. Nichols will play a Red Raiders squad coming off a 19-0 league win over Cardinal O'Hara (Tonawanda, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 4-7.
