The Benet Academy Redwings triumphed over the host Waubonsie Valley Warriors lacrosse team by a tally of 12-5 in Tuesday's non-league match.
Next up, the Redwings confront the Niles Notre Dame Dons (Niles, IL) in a match, on Thursday, May 1. Benet Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Dons come into the match with a 3-8 record after their 11-2 league win over Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL).
The Warriors (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Redhawks come into the DuPage Valley match with a 5-7 record. In their last match, Naperville Central was overwhelmed by St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL), 7-6, in a non-league match.
